  • Recommendation

    That the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held December 6, 2022, be adopted as circulated.

  • Recommendation

    That the following bylaws be adopted:

    “Procedural Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5264”;
    “Public Hearing/Public Information Meeting Procedural Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5265”; and,
    “Housing Agreement Bylaw 2022, No. 5270”;

    and further, that the Minutes of the following Committee meetings be received for information:

    Transportation Advisory Committee Meeting held September 22, 2022; and,
    Public Safety Advisory Committee Meeting held November 16, 2022.

  • Recommendation

    That "Single-Use Item Reduction Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5273" be given first and second reading.

  • Recommendation

    That "Single-Use Item Reduction Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5273" be given third reading.

  • Recommendation

    That Council authorize City Staff to submit a B.C. Air Access Program application to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure for the proposed runway extension and runway light replacement project; and further, that a copy of this resolution be included with the application to be submitted.

  • Recommendation

    That "2023 Financial Plan Bylaw 2022, No. 5272" be given first and second reading; and further, that a presentation be received and a Public Information Meeting be held on January 10, 2023.

  • Recommendation

    That a Public Hearing for "Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5261", which proposes to rezone property located at 10233 Wedgewood Drive from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R1-C (Urban Infill) Zone, be called for January 10, 2023.  (RZ001604)

    That "Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5269", which proposes to rezone property located at 46589 Portage Avenue from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R1-C (Urban Infill) Zone, be given first and second reading; and further, that a Public Hearing be called for January 10, 2023.  (RZ001640)

    That "Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5271", which proposes to rezone property located at 45790 Reece Avenue from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R1-C (Urban Infill) Zone, be given first and second reading; and further, that a Public Hearing be called for January 10, 2023.  (RZ001639)

    That "Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2022, No. 5274", which proposes to rezone property located at 46080 Camrose Avenue from an R1-A (Urban Residential) Zone to an R1-C (Urban Infill) Zone, be given first and second reading; and further, that a Public Hearing be called for January 10, 2023.  (RZ001649)

    That Council approve the renewal of Temporary Use Permit TUP00151, with respect to property located at B-7105 Tahoma Place, subject to the recommendations as stipulated within the draft Temporary Use Permit.
